The Tides Hollywood Luxury Suites 11N 3901 Condo Tides
This 2 Bedroom modern condo suite includes a large balcony, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the 11th floor. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. The 1st Bedroom has 2 Double size beds and 1 King size bed in the Master bedroom. 1.5 newly updated bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. Open and airy with gorgeous white sparkling porcelain tile floors throughout, a modern living room with sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, dining room that seats 6 and a beautiful newly renovated fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home! The washer and Dryer are shared by the entire floor.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Check-in time is 5:00PM
- Check-out time: 12:00PM
- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.
- Guest must coordinate with our staff for the registration. The contact details will be provided in the check-in instructions.
Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :
VALET PARKING
$75 Weekly
$100 bi-weekly
$125 three weeks
$150 four weeks
$10 daily
$20 overnight
$40 holidays
FOB KEY
The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEYfor $30 every two adults. Non-refundable.

Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are modern showers are great loads of hot water. House in a great location for a variety of walks. Beautiful house. A little bit of a walk to town. I would definitely stay there again.

It looks great inside and out, easy parking and within comfortable walking distance of town. The house itself is beautifully and recently renovated, and the rooms warm.We were made to feel valued and very welcome. We will certainly be coming back as we love the area and now have an excellent base from which to enjoy it.

This guest house is beautiful! We were made to feel really welcome. The room was huge and beautifully presented. The bathroom was spotless and very well set up. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed! . I cannot wait to be able to stay here again.
