This 2 Bedroom and Den condo features a large Balcony with spectacular Intercoastal views from the 10th floor. This suite includes 2 Queen size beds in the first bedroom (accommodates 4 people) and 1 King size bed in the Master bedroom (accommodates 2 people) and an extra Queen size bed in the Den. Gorgeous tile floors throughout, modern living room and dining area, flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, heating and air conditioning, seating area, dressing room, sofa, wardrobe/closet, fold-up bed, cleaning products, clothes rack and an extra stocked linen closet, packed with extra towels, blankets and an iron / ironing board. 2 Full 3-piece bathrooms include toiletries, hairdryer, scale and towels. Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances – including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, stackable washer/dryer in unit and stocked with everything you need - utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. to give you all the comforts of home!
*** The room occupancy is only allowed the maximum of 6 adults only or 6 adults plus 1 child below 3 yrs old (for free). Any party exceeded the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or reservation will be decline from the front desk.
- Check in time is ONLY from 4PM to 10PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50. Late check-ins will have to claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day.
-RESORT FEE: There will be a $40 fee per reservation which will include 2 fobs. ( Please note that this needs to be paid at the front desk upon arrival.)
Additional fobs will be a $10 (ten) fee each (optional).
All guests will be provided with a wristband and must wear at all times, in order to use all the amenities.

- only 4 people can go to the swimming pool at a time for tenants in 2BR units.
- only 10 people can access the gym.
- The tennis court is open.

This was truly the nicest and fair priced place I have ever stayed on this beach. Amazing view. Open concept condo. Clean. Well maintained. Grounds and pool were beautiful. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Couldn't be happier and I will be back!

This place is awesome. They had everything we needed and the people there were all very nice. We will be back! It is by the ocean and also they have a very nice pool. We had a balcony facing the ocean that was awesome. They have everything you need.
