Enjoy this amazing professionally managed apartment! Marenas is a 4-star family-oriented beach resort located on the prestigious Sunny Isle Beach. All units enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterways from the 17th floor!Accommodation:The apartment is two bedrooms with contemporary wooden furniture and each with a king size bed. An open living room with sofa bed for 2 people, dining room with table for 6 people, a gourmet stainless steel kitchen, washing machine and dryer, 2 full and half bathrooms and a lush furnished terrace.

Walk to restaurants and shops, minutes to Aventura Mall and Miami Beach!Marenas Beach Resort is within a 5-minute drive from Aventura Mall and Promenade Shops. Get the conveniences like a restaurant, an outdoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The resort is also close to Heritage Park and Founders Park. Please note: This is a privately owned unit in the Marenas Beach Resort and is part of the Marenas Beach Resort Hotel Program. All mandatory hotel fees, including; resort fee, parking, administrative fee and cleaning fee are to be paid directly to the Hotel, at the front desk upon arrival, as part of the check-in process.

Resort Fee; $25.00 + 13% tax daily = $28.25
Administration Fee: $10.00 daily.

Final cleaning (Departure Cleaning fee)
$130 for an AB unit (2 Bedroom Unit)
Resort Fee Includes: local and 800# calls, complimentary internet access, pool and beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, fitness center access, in-room coffee, business center access, access to the sauna

We picked this from the great reviews that it had and they certainly matched up to their report and we would certainly recommend this place to anyone. We had a lovely, spotless, spacious room, a very comfy bed and a great bathroom with lovely fluffy towels.

Excellent , beautifully equipped with comfy beds, modern bathroom and fabulous breakfast and friendly and helpful assistance, I think we made a great choice and will definitely stay again.
