All units enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterways from the 17th floor!Accommodation:The apartment is two bedrooms with contemporary wooden furniture and each with a king size bed. An open living room with sofa bed for 2 people, dining room with table for 6 people, a gourmet stainless steel kitchen, washing machine and dryer, 2 full and half bathrooms and a lush furnished terrace.

Walk to restaurants and shops, minutes to Aventura Mall and Miami Beach!Marenas Beach Resort is within a 5-minute drive from Aventura Mall and Promenade Shops. Get the conveniences like a restaurant, an outdoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness center. The resort is also close to Heritage Park and Founders Park. Please note: This is a privately owned unit in the Marenas Beach Resort and is part of the Marenas Beach Resort Hotel Program. All mandatory hotel fees, including; resort fee, parking, administrative fee and cleaning fee are to be paid directly to the Hotel, at the front desk upon arrival, as part of the check-in process.

Excellent , beautifully equipped with comfy beds, modern bathroom and fabulous breakfast and friendly and helpful assistance, I think we made a great choice and will definitely stay again.
