The basement offers a large living space, three bedrooms, an office/non-conforming 6th room, and full bathroom. After passing through the massive mud room, you will enter the fully-finished, three stall, heated garage. As you view the home’s exterior you will notice the grand, covered patio (also supported by the historic Homestake beams and bolts), with a luxurious jacuzzi hot-tub. HOUSE RULES:
-NOTE: Please be advised that an additional person charge of $15.49 will apply, starting from the 11th person onwards.
-You will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.
-Parking Rules: Free Parking. 4-Wheel Drive is Mandatory during Winter Months

-Early check-in/late checkout may be granted depending on availability with an additional cost.
Disclaimer:
In the months of October and November, it is the breeding season for flies. You may notice a higher number of both dead and living flies. Please note that this is a common occurrence in the mountain area of Black Hills during this season.

Located just outside of Sturgis, amongst the northern Black Hills, a small but lively city known for its world-famous motorcycle rally and known as the biker capital of the United States. Every year in the first full week of August the little town welcomes as many as 700,000 visitors for the City of Sturgis 'Motorcycle Rally' and attracts motorcycle enthusiasts from all around the world for a week of concerts, races, and other events.
But beyond the annual event, Sturgis is a small but lively city and offers a charming downtown, unique shops, delicious restaurants and historic buildings, scenic roads, and outdoor opportunities, making it a great place to visit year-round. Check out the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame, where you can learn about the rally's history and legends.
Sturgis is a year-round destination worth exploring and Mt. Rushmore is only an hour away!
