IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: *We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. CLEANING FEES: (to be paid at the hotel, not included in the rental) There's a $155 + tax mandatory cleaning charge at check out. HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.
