Kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, sink, coffee maker and microwave, huge expansive balcony area with breathtaking views from the 11th floor of the Intercoastal Waterways and a luxurious bathroom clad in granite and marble, with a walk-in shower and separate soaker Jacuzzi tub. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: *We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. CLEANING FEES: (to be paid at the hotel, not included in the rental) There's a $155 + tax mandatory cleaning charge at check out.
