Apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, plus dining and living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the 2nd Bedroom also has 2 queen size beds. The Dining room offers a table for 6 people and the living room offers an additional queen size sofa-bed with flat screen cable tv and wifi high speed internet. Balcony overlooks straight to the ocean with unobstructed Atlantic Ocean and Hollywood Beach views. Building offers resort style amenities with 2 ocean front pools and a recently renovated gym. The washer and Dryer are shared by the entire floor.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Check-in time is 5:00PM
- Check-out time: 12:00PM
- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.
- Guest must coordinate with our staff for the registration. The contact details will be provided in the check-in instructions.

Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :

$125 three weeks
$150 four weeks
$10 daily
$20 overnight
$40 holidays

FOB KEY
The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEYfor $30 every two adults. Non-refundable.
